The Davis County Youth Hockey Association was granted recognition as a tax exempt youth recreation organization  in 2002.  The organizational bylaws, policies and procedures herein have been occasionally revised in accordance with the DCYHA governance documents, to reflect the evolving youth hockey environment in Davis County and in Utah.  

The DCYHA Bylaws, Policies and Procedures documents are subject to revisions by the DCYHA Board of Directors.  The Board welcomes constructive input and volunteer time to craft and present improvements to governance documents that benefit all of the youth and families involved in DCYHA programs.
