Everythiing is going to work out......
As I start the year as your coaching director, I am humbled by the opportunity that DCYHA has given me. I look forward to sharing a lot of how I see the game and what I feel is best for our players. I have a lot of thoughts on the subject, many of which you'll see in the coming days, weeks, and months. Some you'll agree with, while others may have you questioning my sanity. In either case, I hope you take each article with an open mind.
For now, it's summer.....there are kids trying out for comp teams, kids playing for elite summer teams made of travel players, and kids going to camps. Some kids are doing all of them.
If you think you're child is being left behind, I offer three words of advice. Breathe, relax, repeat. It's going to be fine.
