Zan Hobbs - Head Coach

My objective is to elevate the play of each player and help them become successful both on and off the ice. I hope to use what I have learned throughout my 20+ years of playing hockey to help the kids improve their skills, build friendships, and motivate others.

Professional Summary:
I have been playing hockey for 20+ years and have played for several different organizations. I started with the junior Wildcats and played there till u15’s, while usually playing a year or two ahead of my age group. I then played for the Ogden Jr. Mustangs, followed up by a year played with the u16 Eagles. After playing with the eagles I moved to Canada and played in the GMHL for the Bradford Bulls and I was able to win the “Rookie of the Year”. I finished up my competitive career by playing four years at Weber State University while obtaining my undergrad in Professional Sales. I currently work in sales and have had to focus on building relationships with clients and my team, which I feel can be transferrable in a coaching setting.

Rocky Mountain Hockey Schools 3 vs. 3 Clinic

My name is Sheamus Stoyle. Patrick Kasper and I are hosting our 2nd Annual Rocky Mountain Hockey Schools 3v3 Holiday Skill Clinic Spectacular, this December 26th and 27th at the Maverick Center. We will host two age group ranges. Group #1 will be 2011-2015, and Group #2 will be 2007-2010 birth years. This clinic will focus on age-appropriate skill training and end each day with a mini 3v3 cross-ice pond hockey style tournament!

All of the athletes will receive one of our custom RMHS Ugly Christmas Jerseys and 6 hours of on-ice festivities over the course of two days!

A little bit about Patrick and I. We both grew up playing hockey in Utah and we both were lucky enough to play juniors and collegiate hockey. We both are dedicated to growing hockey in Utah and are excited to make this holiday camp a fun annual tradition for our in-state hockey players.
