REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023 - 2024 SEASON IS OPEN!  

Welcome to the 2023 - 2024 Season registration. 
Several registration options are provided to make it more flexible and more affordable than ever to participate.

Those opting to pay for registration over several payments, will have their final payment due no later than December 31, 2023.  Those registering prior to August 1st may select up to a -pay option, starting with the first payment due at the time of registration and subsequent payments due on the 20th of each month from August through December. (Processing fees are added to the registration fees and are collected in the first payment).

DCYHA offers multi-payment plans to assist families with the payment of annual hockey costs.  Associated processing fees will be included in the first payment (2.85% credit card processing + $1.00 website processing fee per transaction).  For questions concerning registration, contact the DCYHA Registrar, Elizabeth O'Rourke. 

• PAY ONLINE IN FULL (1 Installment):  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.  This payment option is available throughout the registration period.
• PAYMENT PLAN (5 Installments):  Fees are divided into 5 installments with the first installment of 1/5th to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on September 20th, October 20th, November 20th and ending with the final payment on December 20th, 2023.  This payment option is available through September 1st. 
• PAYMENT PLAN (3 Installments):  Fees are divided into 3 installments with the first installment of 1/3rd to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on November 20th and ending with the final payment on December 20th, 2023.  This payment option is available through November 1st.
• PAYMENT PLAN (2 Installments):  Fees are divided into 2 installments with the first installment of 1/2 to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT  on December 20th, 2023.  This payment option is available through December 1st.
  • If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sport Engine account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.

*Online registration closes October 1st, but registration is still available via request to the Registrar.

Registration costs do not include associated merchant processing fees.  All merchant processing fees are collected at the first payment.

All players must register with USA Hockey prior to completing a registration with DC Wind.  The fee is separate from our season fees, and you must have this completed in order to complete the online registration.  There is a link provided in the registration process if you have not already obtained a 2023 - 2024 USA Hockey Confirmation Number.

Utah Amateur Hockey Association is the governing body for all Youth USA Hockey teams in Utah.  The website for UAHA can be found at www.utah-hockey.com (or you can follow the link provided below).  If we are made aware of new changes for the upcoming season, we will adjust as necessary.

The division for house/recreation hockey is now called the Utah Youth Hockey League (UYHL).  Under the existing rules, there are several policies that we would like parents to be aware of:

1.  Divisions have been created for the house/rec level of play of Division 1 (D1) and Division 2 (D2).  These divisions are based on skill and experience, which will affect team "splits." 

2. Youth players may not play on a house/rec team if they are also playing on a Travel, Tier 2, or Tier 1 team.

3. Rosters for D1 teams will freeze on December 15, 2023.   D2 teams will continue to accept players as long as we have room for them (each age group will have a maximum number of players based on roster capacity).
